The Process

Each and every home is thoroughly inspected according to the Arkansas Standards of Practice, or SOP. This establishes a baseline for a home inspection, and gives a starting point to the critical areas of the home.

Your home is inspected top to bottom, front to back, everything every major and minor system in place is functional, safe, and secure.

The major big ticket items include:

The Roof

The Floor

Drainage

Electrical

Plumbing

Siding

HVAC

The Foundation

Starting with a comprehensive inspection of these eight key areas of your home will ensure that you're aware of any potential issues, no matter where they may be hiding - beneath the floor, inside the attic, or on the rooftop. By covering these areas, you'll have a complete understanding of your home's condition and can address any problems before they become major headaches.

I believe home inspections are an important part of your home purchase journey, and should be an integral part of your home maintenance plan.

That's why I offer annual home maintenance inspections to my customers and clients, ensuring their home, typically the biggest purchase or your life, is maintained to a high standard, ensuring problems and concerns are addressed before they cause unneeded financial stress and distribution to the home environment.

Maintenance inspections are offered at a discounted rate for returning customers as a thank you for your business!
